Booking & Event Policy
To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.For standard orders, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
For large-scale events (including grazing tables and events of 50+ guests), the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.All deposits are non-refundable. Due to the nature of event planning, preparation, and scheduling, all payments become non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.We understand that plans can change. One-time rescheduling may be accommodated, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days in advance of the original event date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may not be possible.Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. After this point, adjustments may be limited or unavailable.Delivery, setup, and styling are provided as outlined in your proposal. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the venue at the agreed setup time.For food safety and quality, all items are best enjoyed within the recommended serving time. Élevé Charcuterie & Grazing Tables is not responsible for food that is left out beyond this period or handled by guests after setup is complete.Due to high demand, event dates are secured only upon receipt of deposit.By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
What do you offer?
We create custom charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and catering spreads for events, offices, and private celebrations in Calgary.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend booking 3–5 days in advance for boards.
Grazing tables and larger events require advance booking, especially for weekends.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute orders?
Occasionally, depending on availability. Please contact us directly to check — availability is limited.
How many people do your boards and tables serve?
Our boards are ideal for small gatherings and gifting.
Grazing tables are designed for events of all sizes, from intimate parties to large corporate events.
Are grazing tables only for big events?
Not at all. Grazing tables are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, office lunches, launches, and home celebrations.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. All orders are customizable — from dietary preferences to event style and theme.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. We can accommodate vegetarian, halal-friendly, and other dietary preferences when requested in advance.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. We offer delivery, full setup, and styling for grazing tables.
Pickup options are available for boards and boxes.

Pricing depends on guest count, menu selection, and setup requirements.
